Delete your Kroozin Plus account
Kroozin Plus is the loyalty app for Kroozin 2218, 2717 FM 2218, Rosenberg, TX 77469.
The fastest way
- Open the app, or go to kroozinplus.net/app and sign in with your phone number.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and follow the confirmation.
It takes effect immediately. No waiting period, and nobody has to approve it.
Gift-card balance is forfeited
If your Kroozin gift card still has money on it, deleting your account closes the card and the balance is gone. It cannot be restored or refunded afterwards. Spend it at the store first if you want to keep it — the app shows the exact amount before you confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your name and phone number
- Your points balance and the history of how you earned them
- Your rewards, both unused and redeemed
- Your visit streak and every check-in, including the locations they recorded
- Your free-item history
- Your gift cards and their transaction history
- Push-notification registrations and text-message records
What we keep, and why
We keep a record that a deletion happened, the value of any forfeited gift-card balance, and how many payments were involved. We are required to keep basic financial records for accounting and tax, and a forfeited balance is one of them.
That record contains no personal information — no name, no phone number, no account number and no card number. It cannot be traced back to you.
If you added money with a card, the payment itself also exists in our payment processor's records, which they keep independently of us.
If you cannot sign in
Changed your number, lost your phone, or the code will not arrive? Email support@kroozinplus.net from any address and tell us the phone number on the account. We will verify it is yours and delete it for you, normally within a few business days.
