MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. Entrants must check in at the Grand Opening event between 11:30 AM and 12:15 PM CT on Saturday, June 27, 2026 to be included in the live drawing. The drawing will be conducted only among entrants who have checked in and are physically present at the time of the drawing. See Section 6 below for full details.

1. Sponsor

The “Kroozin Plus VIP Gas & Grocery Sweepstakes” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Kroozin Plus 2218, a brand of Stealth Construction (“Sponsor”), located at 2717 FM 2218, Rosenberg, TX 77469.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) of each are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside Texas and where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on Tuesday, June 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM CT and ends on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to obtain an entry. Both methods carry equal odds of winning. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Method A — VIP Club membership: All Kroozin Plus VIP Club members are automatically entered, with one (1) entry per member. VIP Club membership is free — join online at https://kroozinplus.net/vip-club or at the Kroozin Plus 2218 counter at any time during the Promotion Period.

Method B — Mail-in entry: Hand-print your full name, daytime phone number, city of residence, and email address on a plain 3×5 inch card and mail it in an envelope with postage prepaid to: Kroozin Mural Sweeps, 2717 FM 2218 Rd, Rosenberg, TX 77469. One (1) entry per outer envelope. Entries must be postmarked no later than June 26, 2026 and received no later than July 3, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, postage due, or misdirected mail.

Combining methods: A person may enter by both methods. Regardless of the number of entries obtained, each person may win at most one (1) prize.

5. Prize

Grand Prize (1): One (1) Kroozin Plus gas & grocery gift card with a stated value of $1,000 USD. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000 USD. The card is redeemable only at Kroozin Plus 2218 in Rosenberg, TX for fuel, prepared food, snacks, beverages, household items, and other in-store purchases. The card is non-transferable, has no cash value, may not be sold or assigned, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. The card expires twelve (12) months after the date of issuance. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5A. Event Check-In Required (Must Be Present to Win)

Must be present to win. Regardless of the entry method used, an entrant must be physically present at the Kroozin Plus 2218 Grand Opening event on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 2717 FM 2218, Rosenberg, TX 77469 and must complete the event check-in process to be eligible for the live drawing.

Check-in will be available at a marked Sweepstakes Check-In station at the event location between 11:30 AM CT and 12:15 PM CT on June 27, 2026. To check in, an entrant must present one (1) of the following: (i) the SMS message announcing this Promotion received from Sponsor; (ii) the entrant’s registered VIP Club phone number; or (iii) the receipt or postmarked envelope confirming a mail-in entry. Sponsor will issue each checked-in entrant a numbered token representing their entry or entries.

Event attendance and check-in are free of charge and open to the public; no admission fee, donation, or purchase is required to attend, check in, or remain at the event during the drawing.

6. Drawing, Claim Window & Winner Notification

The drawing will take place at approximately 12:30 PM CT on Saturday, June 27, 2026 live on stage at the event location. Only entrants who have completed event check-in and are physically present at the drawing pool will be eligible.

An authorized representative of Sponsor will randomly draw one (1) numbered token from among all checked-in tokens using a documented random selection method. The drawn entrant’s name and check-in number will be announced from the stage. The entrant will then have sixty (60) seconds from the announcement to come forward to the stage, present their matching numbered token along with photo identification, and verbally accept the prize.

If the drawn entrant fails to come forward within sixty (60) seconds, cannot produce a matching numbered token, declines the prize, or is found ineligible for any reason, that entrant forfeits the prize. Sponsor will then immediately conduct an additional random drawing from the remaining checked-in tokens, with the same sixty (60) second claim window applying. This process will repeat until an eligible, present entrant successfully claims the prize, or until no checked-in tokens remain (in which case the prize will be awarded by a make-good drawing as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion within seven (7) days).

The confirmed winner must complete IRS Form W-9 and provide government-issued photo identification verifying eligibility before the prize will be released. The card will be presented to the winner on stage at the event whenever practical; otherwise it will be made available for pickup or mailed to the winner’s Texas address within seven (7) business days.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize (including income tax) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the prize value exceeds $600 USD, the winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the prize value.

9. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion; (b) that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, city of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law; and (c) to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, conduct a random drawing to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation, suspension, or modification.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at kroozinplus.net/privacy-policy. Personal information collected during entry will be used for the administration of this Promotion and for Sponsor’s legitimate business interests, and will not be sold or transferred to third parties for their marketing purposes.

11. Disputes & Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Entrants waive any right to a jury trial.
