Kroozin Plus SMS Program

Message types

  • Transactional / verification — One-time codes used to verify identity or unlock a reward at the register.
  • Reward redemption — Codes for free coffee, free ice bag, and similar member rewards.
  • Service updates — Occasional messages related to your account or the rewards program.
  • Promotional (only for members who check the optional promotional consent box) — Occasional offers, discounts, and updates about Kroozin Plus services.

Message frequency

Varies. Transactional messages are triggered by member action (for example, requesting a reward). Promotional messages, for members who opt in, are sent no more than approximately 4 times per month.

Costs

Kroozin Plus does not charge for SMS messages. Your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates may apply.
